One machine. One pass.
The CAT 259D3 and HM215 head cut, grind, and spread in a single pass. No extra crews, no burn piles, no scraped dirt.

Forestry mulching · Central Florida
Palmetto, Brazilian pepper, and scrub that outgrew the last owner. One machine. No burn pile. No scraped sandbox. Draw the tract — we’ll mulch all that’s hiding in there.
The method
Forestry mulching is land clearing with one machine. A rotary head on the CAT cuts brush and small trees, grinds them, and lays a mulch bed in the same pass. That’s why Florida lots — sand, palmetto, and a wet season — take this better than a dozer and a burn pile.

Material is ground where it stands. The chip layer holds moisture on Florida sand and keeps the dirt from washing out after a storm.
Saw palmetto, gallberry, Brazilian pepper, cabbage palm — the cover that eats a weekend and a brush hog. This is what we run in.
What we clear
House pads, fence lines, driveways, and the strip you want to walk without getting raked by palmetto.
Half-acre backyard thickets to multi-acre tracts. Draw every patch on the map so the estimate matches the ground.
Keep the oaks. Mark the trees that have to come down. The mulcher takes brush and under-8-inch stems; bigger trees get cut and chopped.
