The short version
Palm State Clear Cut mulches and clears land in Brevard · Indian River · Osceola · Orange County, from Palm Bay, FL. An online estimate is a price for the tract you drew — not a booked job until you pick a start date and we have the deposit. These terms cover mulchfl.com, estimates, field work, and text messages.

Estimates
You draw the work area, mark skip zones, and tell us density, trees, and haul. The number on screen is for that map. If the ground does not match the drawing, we stop and re-price before we keep going. Saving or viewing an estimate emails you a link so you can come back to the same job. Refreshing the public page starts a blank estimate.
Estimates expire if the job is not booked in a reasonable time or if fuel, access, or scope changes. We may refuse work that is unsafe, wet, or outside our equipment.
Booking and payment
A 25% deposit holds the start date. The balance is due when the job is finished. Card payments run through Stripe. Weather, access, and machine issues can move a date — we will tell you. The day after a multi-day job is held as a weather buffer and is not a second billed day unless we actually work it.
The work
Forestry mulching grinds brush and small stems in place. It is not a bulldozer pad, not a survey, and not a permit. You are responsible for property lines, HOA rules, wetlands, and utilities. Mark anything we must leave. Buried lines, wells, septic, and irrigation that are not marked are at your risk.

Website use
Do not misuse the map, scrape the site, or try to break into Office or Crew. We may suspend access that harms the service or other customers.
Liability
We carry out the work with reasonable care for a mulching contractor. We are not liable for lost trees you did not mark, unmarked utilities, or delay from weather. Our liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Florida law governs these terms. Venue is Brevard County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The live copy is always https://mulchfl.com/terms. Using the site or booking a job after a change means you accept the new terms for that use.
