When you request an estimate or book a job we may collect:

Name, email, phone number, and notes you type on the form
Property address or parcel, the map you draw, acres, vegetation, and trees you mark
Photos and receipts the crew uploads for a job
Payment details processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
Basic site logs (browser, pages, and errors) needed to run the website

How we use it

We use this information to:

Price and save your estimate and send you a link back to it
Schedule, perform, and invoice the job
Email from estimate@mulchfl.com or info@mulchfl.com, with replies to office@mulchfl.com
Text you from (321) 483-3035 if you opt in — estimates, scheduling, reminders, job updates, invoices, and customer support
Keep our books, insurance, and legal records

Text messages

SMS is optional. The estimate form has a separate checkbox that is off unless you check it. You can still view an estimate and book a job without agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of buying services.

If you opt in, messages may include estimates, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, weather or schedule changes, job updates, completion notices, invoices or payment reminders, and customer support. Frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also email office@mulchfl.com or call (321) 209-2025. We record opt-outs and stop marketing and job texts to that number except as the law still allows (for example a legally required notice).

Texts come from (321) 483-3035. Calls and replies you intend for the office still go to (321) 209-2025.

Who we share with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with people who help us run the job:

Stripe — deposits and invoices
SendGrid / Twilio — email and SMS you asked for
Mapping and satellite providers used to draw and measure your tract
Accountants, insurers, or authorities when the law or a job requires it

How long we keep it

Estimate and job records stay as long as we need them to finish the work, tax, and warranty questions — typically several years. You can ask us to correct or delete personal data that is not required to keep for a job we already performed.

Skip the SMS checkbox and we will not text that number
Reply STOP or email us to end texts
Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion at office@mulchfl.com

Florida residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. Email office@mulchfl.com and we will handle the request.

Children

This site is for landowners and contractors, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
